If you are using your own modem, check with the manufacturer of your modem on how to disable Ipv6 and set Ipv4 as "Preferred." What you really want is to request a /56 IPv6 prefix from Comcast and use that prefix as the IPv6 range on the LAN side. Looking through the manual I don't see where this router allows you to to request a prefix but its probably under "Advanced" on number 2..
