I found one on ebay for like $17 meanwhile ...The 9th gen transmission bolted right up to the engine block with no troubles. The VSS and Reverse light and Slave cylinder bolted up without issues. These are the problems I ran into. -the 9th gen si trans has different mounting holes to bolt the shift linkage to the transmission. None of the holes line up.C&D has hot lapped the last 3 generations of civic si at VIR Grand West, at 3:24.1 the 9th gen shaves 2 seconds off the 8th gen's 3:26.5 time.
